For WordPress owners and agencies
WordPress care, on autopilot.
Adminely watches your WordPress site the way a good administrator would, and tells you what happened in words you can actually act on.
The site overview in the dashboard. Every area shows when it was last checked and what needs attention.
How it works
Three steps, and the site is under watch.
Connect the plugin
Install Adminely Connector and pair it with a one-time code. No WordPress or hosting passwords change hands.
We check it around the clock
Uptime and key pages every few minutes, forms with test submissions, updates, PHP errors, SEO and speed on their own schedules.
You approve every change
Fixes arrive as a preview of what will change. Nothing runs until you approve it, and you can roll it back.
What gets checked
More than a ping that says the server is up.
A site can answer 200 OK while the contact form quietly stopped sending leads. Adminely looks at the things that cost you money when they break.
Uptime and key pages
The home page and the pages you pick, as often as every 5 minutes, plus domain expiry.
Contact forms
A real test submission that WordPress has to accept, and a separate check that the email actually arrives.
Updates and restore points
Core, plugin and theme updates with a dry run, one by one, with a restore point taken first.
WordPress health
Fatal PHP errors, broken cron, disk and database state, and whether backups are actually running.
Technical SEO
Pages blocked from indexing, conflicting canonicals, pages that return errors and redirect chains, found by our crawler.
Speed and visual control
Load speed measurements and page screenshots compared over time, so a broken layout does not go unnoticed.
Safe changes
Updates that do not turn into a weekend of repairs.
See it, approve it, roll it back.
Adminely lists every available update with its PHP and WordPress requirements. You pick what to update and get a preview before anything runs.
- Restore point before the update: database and changed folders
- Components updated one by one, a failure stops the rest
- The site is checked again right after the update
Ask in plain words.
The AI assistant answers questions about the site from real check data and turns requests like “purge the cache” into an operation you approve. It cannot do anything outside the fixed list of safe actions.
- “Is the site okay?” answered with links to the facts
- Commands become drafts with a preview, never run on their own
- Works in English, German, Spanish and Russian
Who it is for
For people with better things to do than babysit WordPress.
Business owners
One site that brings in leads. You want to know it works and that the forms reach you, without learning what a cron job is.
Freelancers and agencies
Client sites managed as a fleet: one dashboard, weekly reports, team roles, and a log of changes your client can read.
Pricing
Every plan has the full product.
Plans differ only in how many sites you connect, AI requests and restore-point storage.
1 site · 300 AI requests · 2 GB
5 sites · 1,000 AI requests · 10 GB

Questions
Before you connect a site.
Do you need my WordPress or hosting password?
No. You install the Adminely Connector plugin and connect it with a one-time code. The plugin has its own key, and you can revoke it at any time from WordPress or from the dashboard.
Will Adminely change anything on my site without asking?
No. Every change starts as a dry run that shows exactly what will happen. It runs only after you approve that specific preview, and declared operations come with a restore point and a rollback.
Can it run arbitrary code on my site?
No. The plugin only performs signed operations from a fixed catalogue, such as purging the cache, updating a plugin or switching maintenance mode. There is no way to send it free-form code.
How are contact forms checked without spamming me?
Scheduled checks send a test submission with a hidden marker, and the plugin silences the email for it. Email delivery itself is tested on its own schedule, weekly by default, so you get one test message instead of dozens.
What happens if an update breaks something?
Components update one by one. If one fails, the rest stay untouched, the site is checked right after the update, and you can roll back to the restore point taken just before it.
Where is my data stored?
In the nl-1 region in the Netherlands. Payments are handled by Paddle as merchant of record, so we never see your card details.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time in the customer portal. Access lasts until the end of the paid period, and the first payment is covered by a 14-day refund policy. The trial needs no card at all.
Connect one site and see what it finds.
The first checks come in within minutes. 14 days free, up to 3 sites, no card.
